While advancing Bad Boys For Life on The Tonight Show, Will Smith collaborated with Jimmy Fallon to give a complete and imaginative history of the critical occasions of Will’s life.
From his childhood in “the city of charitable love” (“that is Philly!”) to “rappin’ just to make transport toll,” Will recollects his prior days before his achievement acting job on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
The group goes wild when Will investigates the fishbowl-focal point camera and spits the scandalous line “Then I moved in with my aunt and uncle in Bel-Air” from the Fresh Prince signature tune.
Will and Jimmy pay further tribute to the show that propelled Will’s vocation by playing out the famous move imagined by the character, Carlton Banks. Will’s initial movie vocation is then investigated, with references to the primary Bad Boys motion picture just as the outsider chasing Independence Day. Will and Jada’s marriage in 1997 obviously gets referenced, as does Jada’s Red Table Talk.
In the wake of yelling out Men dressed in Black, Will and Jimmy “get jiggy mind’ it” to Will’s 1997 raving success.
Will at that point relates entering parenthood, as he “began a Prince, at that point turned into the Fresh Papi.” He names his three children, Trey Jaden, Willow, and helps us to remember when the last “came and told ya ‘whip your hair to and fro.'”
Will and Jimmy speed through for all intents and purposes the entirety of Will’s film jobs, including the enlivened Shark Tale, the romcom Hitch, and the heartwrenching Pursuit of Happyness. After movies like Suicide Squad and Hancock, Will makes reference to his Youtube content, and reproduces the video of himself bungee-leaping out of a helicopter over the Grand Canyon. The history exercise closes with a reference to Will’s ongoing motion pictures Aladdin and Spies in Disguise, with one bold promotion for Bad Boys For Life. What an actual existence!
