Meghan and Harry have announced their plans for Archie’s first birthday. Little Archie will turn one on May 6. The couple seems to be planning their son for a low-key family affair. Just like the celebrations of Prince William and Kate, for Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte.
Royal expert Katie Nicholl shared with OK what she thought could have been anticipated by the duke and duchess of Sussex! Paper.
Katie revealed in the interview: ‘Meghan is an excellent cook and enjoys being inventive in the kitchen so I bet she’ll have been busy baking so Archie can enjoy his first taste of this week’s birthday cake.
She went on to say that Meghan would like the cake to be safe with only organic ingredients to keep it sugar free.
Archie’s party does not have a broad guest list, with the lockout still in place. The little one will be having a ball with his family dogs Guy and Oz along with his friends.
Housing workers may also join in to help celebrate his birthday as well. The couple is believed to have limited their workforce to only a private protection unit, a nanny, and a housekeeper who stays at their property all day.
The Queen would possibly wish her great-grandson Happy Birthday via a video call, much as she did with the Cambridges. Even Katie believes Prince William and his family will reach out in the same way.
Even though Doria Ragland, Meghan’s mother, lives near the Malibu home of the couple, she may not be able to attend. Distancing from society would keep her from seeing her grandchildren.
Meghan tries not to ‘spend dumb money on toys and clothing’ according to Katie when it comes to gifts. Katie states that both Harry and Meghan enjoy their son’s generosity but would rather make charitable contributions.
Meghan and Harry seem to love their new life along the West coast. The laid back vibe has allowed both of them to begin working on new projects.
The couple’s started a new charity, named after their son, Archewell. There is no question that Archie is the apple of the eye of his parents and will be celebrating a remarkable birthday.
